Seiko Mod 40mm "Summertime" GMT Automatic Watch - Built to Order
Everything comes to life in the Summertime! Why shouldn’t your watch? Many people know what it feels like when all the leaves are back on the trees, the flowers have bloomed, the sky looks bluer than it did months prior, and the weight of winter finally lifts off your shoulders. I wanted to make a watch that looked the way that Summertime “feels”. Colorful, captivating, and carefree! Here’s the specs:
CASE - 40mm brushed and polished stainless steel, 14mm thick, and 47.2mm lug to lug with screw down crown and case back for 200 meters of water resistance.
BEZEL - 120 click, dive style, polished coin edge stainless steel with brushed stainless steel insert.
CRYSTAL - Clear AR coated (underside only) sapphire crystal with single underside dome and very small raised box above the flat bezel insert.
DIAL - White mother of pearl with multi-colored and lumed applied indices, 24 hour numerals between the indices for the GMT function and a date window at 3 o’clock.
MOVEMENT - TMI (Seiko) NH34 automatic GMT mechanical movement with date complication, 40 hours of power reserve, hand winding and stop seconds (hacking) feature.
STRAP - Light grey with orange and white stripe 20mm single pass flex fabric strap with brushed stainless steel hardware
