Complete the Repair Form in its entirety and then print this page using your browsers “file” menu if using a PC, or from the 3 verticle dots in the top right corner of the browser window and clicking the “share” option, which will then give you the option to print, if using a Chromebook.
Pack your watch securely enough to prevent shock from drops or tossing from the shipping carrier. This should include ample bubble wrap, padded paper, or wrapping paper. Balled or crumbled newspaper also works, however, simply wrapping the whole watch in ample bubble wrap is the best possible method to pack your watch for shipping. Be sure to include the Repair Form you completed and printed out, as well as a copy of any purchase receipts, warranty cards, etc. place these forms in the box along with your packaged watch and seal the shipping box with ample shipping tape as to prevent accidental bursting or opening.
Ship your watch to Jaydnbrok Horology, 136 Wishing Star Ct. #3C, Hagerstown, MD 21740. You may use any shipping courier you would like but be sure to include tracking as well as insurance for the full value of the watch. Jaydnbrok Horology can not be held responsible for any package we do not receive, especially if there is no tracking to see where the parcel may have been delivered!
Upon receipt of your watch Jaydnbrok Horology will do a complete and thorough inspection of the piece and then provide an estimate of the charges and an estimate of the time frame needed to complete the repairs. This estimate will be sent to the email address or phone number provided on the Repair Form. No work will be done until an approval of the estimate is expressly received by Jaydnbrok Horology. If you wish to decline the services we will return the watch in the same condition it was received. Please note that all shipping to and from Jaydnbrok Horology is the responsibility of the client and no watch can be returned until shipping charges are paid in full. Uninsured shipping charges will never exceed $20 for a single timepiece. Most often the return shipping charges are between $10 and $15 for USPS 2 day priority shipping which includes $100 of insurance.
