Our Prices
This list is comprised of our set priced Seiko modification services. These prices DO NOT pertain to general repairs, restorations, or anything outside the realm of Seiko modding. These services are all done via mail-in to our workshop in Hagerstown, MD. Prices do not include shipping and it is the clients responsibility to handle shipping costs both to and from our workshop unless otherwise arranged.
To utilize any of these services, either use the “Repair Form” link which provides detailed instructions for filling out the form and shipping us your watch, or send us an email via the “Contact” link so we can discuss the modification you would like to have done and set up when your watch will be sent. After that its as simple as dropping your watch in the mail to us (our shop address can be found on the Repair Form and Contact pages) and we can, for the most part, handle everything from that point forward.
First and foremost we want all our potential clients to know that this is a very simple process and that we are here to help every step of the way!
Movement Swap / Replacement
Starting at $150
Movement swap / replacement incudes the swapping of all applicable parts as well as replacement of dial feet holder, also called the movement spacer, as well as cutting and fitting of a new stem onto the crown. Caseback and crown gaskets (if applicable) are checked & lubricated during this process and replaced if needed for additional $15
Bezel or Bezel Insert Replacement
Starting at $60 SALE $50
Bezel or Bezel insert replacement will include the replacement and lubrication of the bezel gasket. Click spring will also be examined for proper functionality and replaced if need be for an additional $15
Sapphire Crystal Replacement of Hardlex or Mineral Crystal
Starting at $60 SALE $50
One of the most popular modifications done to Seiko watches is the replacement of Hardlex or mineral crystal for a Sapphire crystal. Crystal gasket is checked and replaced if needed for addittional $15
New Dial or Hand Set
Starting at $75 SALE $65
In addition to a dial replacement a day and/or date wheel replacement, often to match the color of the dial, can be requested as well for an additional $25. If the dial comes without dial feet an additional $10 is charged for special mounting adhesive.
New Chapter Ring Starting at $50
During this process the Crystal gasket can be replaced for an additional $15 if requested by the client.
Caseback Replacement Starting at $20
During the replacement of the caseback, its gasket is replaced free of charge.
Crown Replacement Starting at $50
Crown replacement includes a new stem cut to appropriate length and threadlocked to prevent accidental unthreading of the crown.
Date Wheel Swap or Replacement Starting at $90 SALE $75
When swapping or replacing the date wheel consider a hand set or dial replacment as well at a reduced rate. Swapping or replacing both the day and date wheel will be an additional $15.
Complete Assembly of Mod/Watch using Clients Parts Starting at $250
Want to build a mod but don’t have all the necessary tools? Or maybe you would rather have a more seasoned hand putting together what will likely be your BEST time piece? Or maybe you’ve had the parts for a while and just don’t have the time to put it together. We can help via a simple process of just mailing the parts into us. Or if you’d like to order the parts and have them shipped directly to me for assembly? Anyway you choose works for me!
Special Offerings

Custom Dial Creation
At Jaydnbrok we can turn almost any idea into reality! If you have an idea for a totally custom dial then email us your ideas, your pictures, your business logo, or even a drawing, just about anything you can imagine and we will bring it to life!
Custom Colored Ceramic Bezel Inserts
Why not liven up that same old same old Submariner style bezel insert with a little splash of color! How about adding more life to that dual time bezel insert so its numbers match the color of your dial? Or why not take Batman bezel insert and put blue numbers on the black side and black numbers on the blue side!
Custom Caseback Engraving
Would you like to leave a special message on your watch, or your favorite saying, or even just the details of the watch itself? Let us know and we can have it engraved via fiber laser into the caseback of your time piece!
