Seiko Mod 42mm Monochrome Tokielab MM200 - Built to Order
The Seiko Marine Master series of dive watches are some of the most underrated and over performing dive watches to ever be produced. Sadly, they have been discontinued for years now. So I wanted to capture an OEM aesthetic while still being as functional as those original models were for, not only diving, but as an everyday tool watch that you could wear with nearly anything. Heres the Specs:
CASE - 42mm brushed and polished stainless steel, 14.6mm thick, with a lug to lug of 46mm, screw down crown and screw down case back allow for a pressure tested* 200 meters of water resistance.
BEZEL - 120 click, dive style, polished coin edge stainless steel with brushed stainless steel insert.
CRYSTAL - Clear AR coated (underside only) sapphire crystal with single topside dome and very small raised box above the flat bezel insert.
DIAL - Tokielab matte black day/date Marine Master style dial, applied indices with BGW9 (blue) Super Luminova lume and brushed stainless steel Marine Master style hands, also with ample BGW9 lume.
MOVEMENT - TMI (Seiko) NH36 automatic mechanical movement with black day/date complication, 40 hours of power reserve, hand winding and stop seconds (hacking) feature regulated to +/- 10 sec/day**.
STRAP - Traditional black FKM rubber divers strap with waffle pattern.
*This model is pressure tested upon build completion using a Witschi ProofMaster Pro waterproof tester.
**This model is regulated upon build completion to at least +/- 10 sec/day on an electric multifunction timegrapher.
