Vintage 1940s Longines Tank 10k GF Unique Case
As I tend to favor the unique designs of vintage timepieces this Longines Tank instantly caught my eye. The 10k gold filled case is quite striking and surprisingly well fitting even on medium sized wrists. It’s demensions are in line with modern Tank style watches with a 24mm width and a 38.5mm lug to lug. Lug width comes in at 19mm.
The manual wind movement has been professionally serviced and is keeping excellent time. The case was given a single pass on the buffing wheel simply to bring out the luster and remove any tarnish to the gold. It comes with a high quality, handmade, brown leather strap and will fit wrists up to 7.75 to 8 inches.
